Inspections to Interior JAN 24-26
Dear Timberwood Owners and Residents,
As part of the next phase of our Hurricane Irma Recovery work, the insurance company’s adjuster is requiring access to the interior of the units where damage was reported from the moisture mapping recently done. Our hired public adjuster (Paramount Adjusters) will be on site with them to go through each unit.
To maximize our efforts at coordinating unit owners and renters for access, we will also have a structural engineer on site at the same time doing assessments including, but not limited to, all roofs, chimneys, carports, and some windows.
To more effectively manage the scheduling this time around, and because I must manage it personally (the insurance company takes no responsibility for the coordination of access,) we are assigning the following units for the dates and timeframes listed below.
If you are unable to make your scheduled time, please do all possible to coordinate with a neighbor or friend to assist in providing access. If needed, I will be here on site during this time and a key can be left with me and I will escort the adjusters and engineers to your unit.
Please note that the timeframe provided is an estimated time where the adjuster and/or engineer could arrive at any time. The actual inspection is only estimated to last about 15 minutes. If the engineer cannot complete his work during these times, we will need to schedule on different days to complete the structural engineering assessment.
